What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves and vibrations. Using various instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, the sound waves create a calming environment that allows your body and mind to enter a state of deep relaxation.
